The nightingale bag!

I am so happy to show you the new bag pattern called Nightingale. It comes in 2 versions, cute flowers and hexagons or you can make up your own design.

Everything you need to know is clearly explained in the pattern. You can buy it in my etsy-shop now for $8 a pattern. It is a PDF file, so I will send it to you right away and I you can print it yourself. I made a Dutch and a English version.

It has been quiet here on the blog but I am working hard behind the scenes for the next fair in Velthoven, Holland.

One thing I have made that I can share with me is....the Pink Nora...  Enjoy!

Birthday present...

A friend of Weronica and I had a birthday last week. So we got together and made her the Caddy bag since she loves baskets and stuff. We also bought here some garden tools and a new rose, since she is a Gardner and has some great roses all-ready.

6 Nora's made by 6 girls......

My knitting group and I started at 10:00 on Saturday behind the sewingmachine. Some of the girls hadn't sewn much prior to the sewingclass at all. But at 18:00 they all had a bag. They are all so different but so lovely..

So now all the girls have the perfect knittingbags. Enjoy!

The fair in Rijswijk was great and a big succes! The patterns sold out! I am in Holland now but will open my webshop later this or early next week when I get home.

If you bought one of my patterns, or wanted to buy some of my patterns but they were sold out send me an email and I will send you new information soon.

It's a book!!!!

If you are wondering why it has been so quiet the answer is : IT'S A BOOK

My book is called Mijn Quilts in Dutch. It will be launched on the 14th and 15th of February on the Patchwork and Quiltdays in Rijswijk.

About the book:

We quilters are a generous kind of people and give a lot of things away. So this book is a way to record your quilts, projects and your swaps. It is a great book to keep track of your projects in which year you made something and why. And maybe it is a good idea not just to record your projects for yourself but also for your loved ones.

So that is why it has been quiet for a while. I will be in the booth of Quilt-it & Dotty.

Stop by and say hi if you are coming to the fair. I will be also launching some new stitchery and bag patterns. (see below)

the class..

Hi!

The class was loads of fun and people enjoyed the new exclusive pattern. You can use the bag as a bag or as a caddy for your sewing/knitting stuff. Dorry even sold some extra patterns the next days.  I am making some small adjustments to the pattern and then the pattern will be available in my etsy-shop. Here are some photo's for you to enjoy.

I made this bag and love it...but it not me...so I am giving it away... If you want the bag leave me a comment and I will draw a name on Saturday!

It does not have the wooden handles anymore..but 2 leather handles which make the bag better, it stays on your shoulder now.
