Hi!
I have been such a bad list-mommy but I have been working a bit on my baskets. I really enjoy them and I even got my aunt to start a quilt with them after her visit to our little cabin.
Here is an update of the basket wall.
This is what it looked like:
The new wall!
Now I am just thinking about the following:
Should I start putting the blocks together or not, there are some + and - with both.
+ I don't have to put 200 blocks together at the end which I think will be boring...
- I can't play with the colors the same way that I can't when all the blocks are done...
what do you think? Let me know!
You who are making this quilt as well...what are you going to do?
I am thinking of putting some other blocks between them; wool appliqué log cabins and nine-patches for instance....

I am making the baskets too, yours look great!
I will wait and put it together when I finish the baskets.
I want to be able to play with the color layout if necessary and hey I may wind up making less blocks or more blocks then they pattern!

I love your baskets and have seen several people are working on these. I'm not much of an applique person, but I'm getting tempted!
