Pink and Barbara classes

This week I had 2 classes: the Pink and Barbara Stitchery Club and my Caddy Class.

On Sunday we had the caddy class with 4 ladies that had there first Pink and Barbara Class. This is the wonderfull bags they made:

These ladies are a group of friends that hired me to give a private class and they all knew eachother so well that there was a lot of joking and telling stories.. It was one big laugh from beginning to end!

On a sad note: My computer is still acting up so I hope I will be able to keep blogging. I have been in telephone waiting lines for the past week...I finally got to speak to real person today only to find out that my guarantee expired 3 days ago.... I am so angry. If they had answered the phone when I started ringing I would have had guarantee..enoying or what!?!

Aztec-Rose

 
So last week I was at Aztec-Rose where I met the most lovely ladies and they all made wonderful things!

On friday we did the Nora bag and on Saturday the new star-quilt. I totally forgot to take pictures but we had a lovely time!

On Monday night we had the Caddy workshop.

Here are some of the results:

they all where lovely and we had such a good time! Some of the girls where skeptical if we would be able to finish a bag in just a few hours but they all did!

At Trijntje

The last stop was Quilt Atelier Trijntje van der Horst. She has a lovely quilt-shop with a really cool mix of everything. Some really bold colors as well, which trijntje tried to make me love...

So the fist class there was also the caddy...and boy where they all bright and lovely...!

The next day we had a embroidery class for somebody ...so she will be making the box at home..and I hope I will see it someday finished! It was such a lovely lady I had a great day. The fabric with all the sewing-notions on it will be the box someday..

 

The last day we had the scrap-quilt as a class..which was fun...

 
 

Trijntje, Whiche, Akke and customers...thanks for a lovely time...I had so much fun!

Vacation time!

I can't wait until tomorrow .... we are going on vacation to our Cottage!

I have prepared more then 40 baskets blocks and I am going to continue on my Laminaria...

I am so looking forward to it...so see you in a few weeks again!

Birthday present...

A friend of Weronica and I had a birthday last week. So we got together and made her the Caddy bag since she loves baskets and stuff. We also bought here some garden tools and a new rose, since she is a Gardner and has some great roses all-ready.

The fair in Rijswijk was great and a big succes! The patterns sold out! I am in Holland now but will open my webshop later this or early next week when I get home.

the class..

Hi!

The class was loads of fun and people enjoyed the new exclusive pattern. You can use the bag as a bag or as a caddy for your sewing/knitting stuff. Dorry even sold some extra patterns the next days.  I am making some small adjustments to the pattern and then the pattern will be available in my etsy-shop. Here are some photo's for you to enjoy.

Hi!

I am giving classes at Quilt it & Dotty in November.

The easy tote:
This is the Easy-tote is going to be on Thursday night the 20th of November. It is an easy constructed tote that is great to have a craft basket.

The diamond-quilt
This class is where your learn the basics of hand piecing but most of all you'll learn the basics of how to make your own designs and make it work. This method will always give you great patterns that will always fit. The class is on Saturday the 22nd of November.
